This Policy should be read together with Talkfever’s Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Compliance Policy, Community Guidelines, Monetization Policy, Creator Policy, Copyright & Content Infringement Policy and any vertical-specific terms applicable to Talkfever’s connected platforms.
The purpose of this Policy is to provide users with a clear process for requesting deletion of their Talkfever account and to explain:
How account deletion requests can be submitted.
What happens after a deletion request is received.
What data may be deleted, anonymized or retained.

This Policy applies only to Talkfever accounts and Talkfever-controlled data. Separate deletion or closure processes may apply to other verticals or third-party services.
Talkfever may provide two different options, where available:
Account deactivation temporarily disables your account visibility and access. Your profile may not be visible to other users, but your account data may remain stored so that you can reactivate your account later.
Account deletion is a request to permanently delete or anonymize your Talkfever account and eligible personal data, subject to legal, regulatory, safety, fraud prevention, tax, payment, dispute and business record retention requirements.
If you want to permanently remove your account, you should select or request Account Deletion, not temporary deactivation.
Users may request account deletion through one or more of the following methods, where available:
If available, users may submit a request through:
Account Settings → Privacy / Account → Delete Account
Users may send an account deletion request to:
Account Deletion / Support Email: grievance@talkfever.com
Privacy / Grievance Email: grievance@talkfever.com
To process an account deletion request, Talkfever may ask for:
Talkfever may reject or delay requests where the user cannot be reasonably verified.

This verification helps protect users from unauthorized deletion requests.

The user may be able to cancel the deletion request.
Account access may be limited or suspended.
Some public visibility may be reduced.
Pending verification or disputes may be reviewed.
If the user logs in or cancels the deletion request during the cooling-off period, the deletion request may be cancelled, unless otherwise confirmed.
Talkfever will make reasonable efforts to process verified account deletion requests within 30 days, subject to applicable law, technical feasibility and retention requirements.
Deletion may take longer where:
Identity verification is pending.
Account ownership is disputed.

There are unresolved payments, payouts, refunds or chargebacks.
