Talkfever is committed to operating its platform in a lawful, transparent, responsible, safe and ethical manner. This Policy explains the compliance standards followed by Talkfever and the responsibilities of users, creators, advertisers, businesses, vendors, page owners, group owners, community admins, partners and other participants.

This Policy should be read together with Talkfever’s Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Community Guidelines, Monetization Policy, Advertising Policy, Creator Policy, Creator Led GTM Award Policy, Copyright & Content Infringement Policy, Social Commerce Policy, Refund Policy, Disclaimers and any vertical-specific policies.

1. Purpose of This Policy

The purpose of this Compliance Policy is to establish clear standards for:

  • Legal and regulatory compliance
  • User safety and platform integrity
  • Responsible use of user-generated content

2. Scope

This Policy applies to all persons and entities using or participating in Talkfever, including:

  • Registered users
  • Visitors
  • Creators and influencers
  • Page owners and page managers
  • Group owners, group admins and community managers
  • Businesses, brands and advertisers
  • Vendors and sellers using social commerce or SarchBazar integrations
  • Monetization participants
  • Creator Led GTM participants
  • Agencies and marketing partners
  • Publishers and media partners
  • Developers, service providers and technology partners
  • Employees, consultants and representatives acting for Talkfever
  • Any person using Talkfever features, tools, services or connected verticals

Use of Talkfever means acceptance of this Policy and all applicable platform terms.

3. Applicable Legal and Regulatory Framework

Talkfever aims to comply with applicable Indian laws and regulations, including but not limited to:

  • Information Technology Act, 2000 and applicable rules
  • Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, as amended
  • Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and applicable rules
  • Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and applicable e-commerce requirements, where relevant
  • Copyright Act, 1957
  • Trade Marks Act, 1999
  • Indian Penal Code / Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and applicable criminal laws
  • Advertising, consumer protection and unfair trade practice rules
  • Payment, taxation, invoicing and accounting laws
  • Sector-specific laws applicable to regulated products, services, advertising or content
  • Court orders, government directions and lawful requests from competent authorities

Talkfever may update its compliance practices as laws, rules, regulatory guidance and business operations evolve.

4. Platform Due Diligence

Talkfever follows reasonable due diligence practices to maintain a safe and lawful platform.

Users must not use Talkfever to upload, publish, transmit, share, promote or distribute content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene, hateful, violent, misleading, fraudulent, infringing, impersonating, privacy-violating, abusive, spammy, malicious or otherwise prohibited under law or platform policy.

Talkfever may remove, restrict, disable, label, moderate, downrank, suspend or investigate content, accounts, pages, groups, communities, campaigns, ads or monetization activity that violates applicable law, platform policies or third-party rights.

5. User Account Compliance

Users must maintain genuine, accurate and lawful accounts.

Users must not:

Create fake accounts.

Create duplicate accounts for manipulation.

Impersonate any person, company, creator, brand, public figure, government authority or organization.

Use false identity documents.

Sell, rent or transfer accounts without permission.

Use automated tools to create or operate accounts.

Use accounts for spam, fraud, harassment, fake engagement or platform manipulation.

Misrepresent their identity, qualifications, affiliation or authority.

Talkfever may verify, restrict, suspend or terminate accounts involved in suspicious, unlawful or non-compliant activity.

6. Content Compliance

All content posted, uploaded, shared, promoted or distributed on Talkfever must comply with applicable law and platform policies.

Users must ensure that content is:

  • Lawful
  • Truthful
  • Non-misleading
  • Respectful
  • Original or properly licensed
  • Free from copyright or trademark infringement
  • Free from hate, abuse, harassment or defamation
  • Free from malware, phishing links or harmful code
  • Not violating privacy or confidentiality
  • Not impersonating another person or entity
  • Not promoting illegal goods, services or conduct
  • Not spreading manipulated, deceptive or harmful misinformation

Talkfever may review, remove or restrict content that creates legal, safety, trust, brand or compliance risk.

7. Prohibited Content and Activity

The following are prohibited on Talkfever:

  • Illegal content or illegal activity
  • Child sexual abuse material or exploitation
  • Non-consensual intimate content
  • Harassment, bullying, threats or abuse
  • Hate speech or discriminatory content
  • Terrorism, extremism or violent criminal promotion
  • Self-harm encouragement
  • Obscene, sexually exploitative or unlawful adult content
  • Defamation or malicious falsehood
  • Fake news or harmful misinformation
  • Deepfakes or manipulated media intended to deceive
  • Copyright or trademark infringement
  • Pirated movies, songs, books, software or other protected material
  • Malware, phishing, hacking or cyber abuse
  • Fake accounts, bot activity or engagement manipulation
  • Fraud, scams, Ponzi schemes or fake investment claims
  • Counterfeit goods or fake brand promotions
  • Unauthorized sale of regulated goods
  • Spam, mass unsolicited promotion or platform abuse
  • Misuse of customer or user data
  • Any content prohibited by applicable law or Talkfever policy

8. Content Moderation and Enforcement

Talkfever may use automated systems, manual review, user reports, trusted signals, legal notices, internal monitoring and third-party tools to support content moderation and policy enforcement.

Possible enforcement actions include:

  • Warning
  • Content removal
  • Content restriction
  • Reduced distribution
  • Labelling or adding context
  • Comment or sharing restriction
  • Page or group restriction
  • Account feature restriction
  • Monetization suspension
  • Ad rejection or campaign pause
  • Account suspension
  • Account termination
  • Payment hold or reversal
  • Reporting to authorities where legally required

Talkfever may determine enforcement based on severity, repetition, harm, intent, legal risk, public interest and platform integrity.

9. Grievance Redressal

Talkfever will provide a grievance redressal mechanism for users and affected parties to raise concerns regarding content, accounts, privacy, intellectual property, impersonation, ads, monetization, payments or policy violations.

Users may submit grievances with relevant details, including:

  • Name and contact details
  • Registered account details, where applicable
  • URL or content location
  • Description of issue
  • Supporting evidence
  • Legal notice or rights proof, where applicable

10. Copyright and Intellectual Property Compliance

Talkfever respects copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy and other legal rights.

Users must not upload, share, advertise, monetize or distribute content that violates third-party rights.

Users must ensure they have proper rights, licenses or permissions for:

  • Photos
  • Videos
  • Music
  • Sound recordings
  • Articles
  • Designs
  • Logos
  • Brand names
  • Product images
  • Screenshots
  • Films or clips
  • Podcasts
  • AI-generated or edited content
  • Sponsored or promotional content

Rights holders may submit infringement complaints under Talkfever’s Copyright & Content Infringement Policy.

Talkfever may remove disputed content, restrict accounts, suspend monetization, reject ads or take repeat-infringer action where appropriate.

11. Data Protection and Privacy Compliance

Talkfever is committed to responsible handling of personal data.

Talkfever may collect and process user information for purposes such as account operation, content delivery, social networking, personalization, safety, advertising, analytics, social commerce, monetization, payouts, customer support and legal compliance.

Talkfever will make reasonable efforts to:

  • Provide clear privacy notice
  • Collect data for lawful and disclosed purposes
  • Seek consent where required
  • Enable applicable user rights
  • Protect data through reasonable safeguards
  • Limit access to personal data on a need-to-know basis
  • Retain data only as necessary

12. Cookie, Analytics and Tracking Compliance

Talkfever may use cookies, pixels, SDKs, tags, local storage and similar technologies for platform operation, login, safety, analytics, personalization, advertising, campaign tracking, fraud prevention and performance measurement.

Where required, Talkfever will provide appropriate notice and preference choices for non-essential cookies and tracking technologies.

Users may manage cookies through browser settings, device settings or cookie preference tools where available.

13. Advertising Compliance

Advertisers and promoters using Talkfever must ensure that all advertising content is lawful, truthful, fair, transparent and not misleading.

Advertisements must not:

  • Make false or exaggerated claims
  • Promote illegal or prohibited products or services
  • Use fake testimonials or fake endorsements
  • Mislead users about price, discount, offer or result
  • Infringe copyright, trademark or personality rights
  • Use unauthorized celebrity or public figure likeness
  • Promote scams, fraudulent financial schemes or misleading earning claims
  • Target users unlawfully or unfairly
  • Contain hateful, harmful, obscene or abusive content
  • Violate consumer protection, advertising, data protection or sector-specific laws

Talkfever may reject, pause, remove, label or restrict ads and sponsored content that violate laws, policies or brand safety standards.

14. Sponsored Content and Disclosure Compliance

Creators, influencers, businesses, advertisers, vendors and page/group owners must clearly disclose sponsored, paid, gifted, barter, affiliate, referral-linked or commission-based content where required or appropriate.

Disclosure should be clear and visible, using labels such as:

  • Sponsored
  • Paid Partnership
  • Brand Collaboration
  • Affiliate Link
  • Gifted Product
  • Commission-Based Promotion
  • Promoted by Vendor
  • Talkfever Campaign

Hidden, unclear or misleading disclosures may result in content restriction, campaign rejection, payout hold, monetization suspension or account action.

15. Creator and Influencer Compliance

Creators participating in Talkfever campaigns, creator monetization, Creator Led GTM Award, social commerce, sponsored content or brand collaborations must:

  • Create original and lawful content
  • Avoid misleading claims
  • Avoid fake engagement, bot traffic or purchased followers
  • Disclose sponsored or incentivized content
  • Respect intellectual property rights
  • Avoid defamation, harassment or harmful content
  • Use approved brand assets only as permitted
  • Follow campaign rules and scoring criteria
  • Provide accurate payout and tax information
  • Avoid representing participation as employment, guaranteed income or assured reward

Talkfever may disqualify creators or withhold payouts for fraud, misrepresentation, non-compliance or policy violations.

16. Monetization Compliance

Talkfever may offer monetization opportunities for eligible users, creators, posts, pages, groups, communities, advertisers, vendors, publishers or partners.

Monetization participants must comply with Talkfever’s Monetization Policy and applicable laws.

Talkfever may deny, suspend, reverse or withhold monetization for:

  • Fake engagement
  • Invalid traffic
  • Bot activity
  • Fake referrals
  • Fake orders
  • Fake leads
  • Copyright infringement
  • Misleading promotions
  • Prohibited content
  • Fraudulent transactions
  • Refunds, chargebacks or cancellations
  • Tax or payout non-compliance
  • Repeated policy violations

Talkfever does not guarantee income, revenue, payouts, traffic, reach, sales, leads or business growth.

17. Social Commerce Compliance

Talkfever may support social commerce through posts, pages, groups, creator campaigns, product links, SarchBazar integration, vendor collaboration and community commerce.

Users, creators and vendors must ensure that all social commerce activity is lawful, accurate and transparent.

They must not:

  • Promote counterfeit or unsafe goods
  • Make false product claims
  • Use fake reviews or fake testimonials
  • Hide sponsored or paid promotion
  • Misuse buyer or customer data
  • Redirect users to fraudulent payment channels
  • Promote prohibited or regulated products unlawfully
  • Spam users, groups or communities
  • Mislead users about pricing, delivery, returns or warranties

Transactions linked to SarchBazar or other verticals may also be governed by those vertical-specific terms and policies.

18. Page, Group and Community Compliance

Page owners, group admins and community managers must maintain responsible and lawful communities.

They must not allow pages or groups to become spaces for:

  • Hate speech
  • Harassment
  • Fraud
  • Piracy
  • Counterfeit selling
  • Illegal product promotion
  • Fake reviews
  • Spam
  • Manipulated engagement
  • Defamation
  • Impersonation
  • Unauthorized data collection
  • Undisclosed paid promotions
  • Repeated policy violations

Talkfever may restrict, suspend, remove or disable pages, groups or communities that violate platform policies or create legal, safety or trust risk.

19. Child Safety Compliance

Talkfever prohibits content or activity involving child exploitation, child sexual abuse material, grooming, sexualization of minors, trafficking, abuse, harassment or unsafe interactions involving minors.

Talkfever may remove such content immediately and may report it to competent authorities where required.

Users must not upload, share, promote or solicit any child-harm-related material.

20. AI, Synthetic Media and Automation Compliance

Talkfever may use AI and automation for recommendations, moderation, safety, analytics, content assistance, advertising insights or platform improvement.

Users must not misuse AI, synthetic media or automation to:

  • Impersonate others
  • Create fake endorsements
  • Generate misleading deepfakes
  • Spread misinformation
  • Infringe copyright or trademarks
  • Manipulate engagement
  • Create spam or bot activity
  • Mislead users in ads, campaigns or social commerce
  • Hide synthetic or manipulated content where disclosure is required

Talkfever may label, restrict, remove or review AI-generated or synthetic content where needed.

21. Anti-Fraud, Anti-Spam and Platform Integrity

Talkfever prohibits fraud, spam and platform manipulation.

Users must not engage in:

  • Fake accounts
  • Fake likes, shares, comments or followers
  • Bot traffic
  • Click farms
  • Fake referrals
  • Fake downloads or registrations
  • Fake orders
  • Fake leads
  • Fake reviews
  • Coupon misuse
  • Reward abuse
  • Phishing
  • Account takeover
  • Malware distribution
  • Unauthorized scraping
  • Manipulation of ranking, reach or monetization
  • Payment fraud or chargeback abuse

Talkfever may investigate suspicious activity and take enforcement action, including payout hold, account restriction, monetization reversal or legal action.

22. Payment, Payout and Tax Compliance

Users, creators, vendors, advertisers and monetization participants involved in paid services or payouts must comply with applicable payment, tax and invoicing laws.

Talkfever may request:

  • PAN
  • GSTIN
  • Bank details
  • UPI details
  • Identity verification
  • Invoices or declarations
  • Tax forms or payout documents
  • Any legally required document

Talkfever may deduct applicable taxes, TDS, GST, platform fees, payment gateway charges, refunds, chargebacks, penalties or other deductions as required.

Failure to provide required information may delay or cancel payments.

23. Consumer and Paid Service Compliance

Where Talkfever offers paid services, subscriptions, ads, campaigns, social commerce integrations, creator programs or business tools, Talkfever will make reasonable efforts to provide transparent information regarding:

  • Service scope
  • Pricing
  • Taxes
  • Payment terms
  • Refund and cancellation terms
  • Delivery or activation timelines
  • Package limitations
  • Grievance contact
  • Service-specific conditions

Users should review all terms before making payment.

Refunds, if any, will be handled according to the applicable Refund Policy and service-specific terms.

24. Vertical-Specific Compliance

Talkfever’s connected verticals may have separate compliance requirements.

24.1 SarchBazar

SarchBazar users, vendors and buyers must comply with marketplace, logistics, refund, product listing, vendor, social commerce and consumer protection policies.

24.2 Global Talk

Global Talk users, publishers, advertisers, media professionals and PR participants must comply with news aggregation, media marketplace, PR marketplace, advertising, publisher, podcast and content policies.

24.3 AdBaazaar

Advertisers, publishers and media inventory partners must comply with ad quality, invalid traffic, advertiser billing, publisher monetization and campaign compliance standards.

24.4 VdoJunction

Video creators, advertisers and channels must comply with video content, copyright, monetization, viewer safety and advertiser suitability rules.

24.5 Creator GTM

Creator GTM participants must comply with creator campaign, award, disclosure, scoring, payout, fraud prevention and content standards.

If there is a conflict between this Policy and a vertical-specific policy, the vertical-specific policy will apply to that specific service.

25. Government, Court and Law Enforcement Requests

Talkfever may respond to lawful requests, notices, directions or orders from courts, government agencies, regulators, law enforcement authorities or competent authorities.

Talkfever may remove content, restrict access, preserve records, disclose information or take other lawful action where required by applicable law.

26. Record Keeping and Audit

Talkfever may maintain records relating to:

  • Account information
  • Content and moderation actions
  • User reports
  • Grievances and complaints
  • Copyright and infringement complaints
  • Advertising campaigns
  • Monetization activity
  • Payouts and tax records
  • Payment disputes
  • Security events
  • Consent logs
  • Legal requests
  • Compliance decisions
  • Policy enforcement actions

Records may be retained for lawful, operational, audit, security, tax, dispute resolution and regulatory purposes.

27. Employee, Vendor and Partner Compliance

Employees, vendors, consultants, contractors, technology partners, moderation partners, ad partners and service providers associated with Talkfever are expected to follow applicable standards relating to:

  • Confidentiality
  • Data protection
  • Information security
  • Anti-fraud controls
  • User safety
  • Content handling
  • Grievance support

Talkfever may require partners and vendors to follow contractual compliance obligations.

Talkfever may take action in response to data incidents, security threats, fraud, abuse, illegal content, platform manipulation, payment fraud, content misuse or legal emergencies.

30. Enforcement

31. No Waiver

Failure by Talkfever to enforce any provision of this Policy at any time does not mean waiver of the right to enforce it later.

Talkfever may update this Compliance Policy from time to time to reflect legal changes, regulatory guidance, platform features, business models, advertising systems, monetization programs, safety practices or operational changes.

The updated Policy will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.

Continued use of Talkfever after updates means acceptance of the revised Policy.
