VVIP protection may be approved, denied, suspended, downgraded or removed at Talkfever’s discretion based on verification, risk, compliance and platform safety considerations.

Talkfever respects intellectual property rights and provides a process for reporting copyright, trademark, impersonation, privacy and content infringement complaints.

However, any takedown, removal, restriction, restoration or moderation action by Talkfever does not constitute a final legal determination of ownership, infringement, fair use, fair dealing or legal liability.
