Creators must ensure that all campaign content, videos, images, music, background tracks, scripts, edits, brand assets and third-party materials used in creator content are properly owned, licensed or permitted.

Use unauthorized film or TV clips.
Use another creator’s content without permission.
Copy designs, scripts, captions or creative concepts unlawfully.
Use fake celebrity endorsement.
Use brand logos without approval.
Hide sponsored or paid collaboration disclosures.
Repost third-party content and claim it as original.
Creators may lose campaign eligibility, monetization or award benefits for infringement.
Page owners, group admins and community managers must take reasonable steps to prevent repeated infringement in their communities.

Users must not use Talkfever to share links that primarily direct users to pirated, counterfeit, illegal or infringing material.

Talkfever may remove such links and restrict accounts that repeatedly share them.
Users, creators, vendors, advertisers and partners may not use Talkfever’s name, logo, screenshots, badges, certificates, trademarks or brand assets in a misleading or unauthorized manner.
Users must not:
Claim official partnership without approval.
Create fake Talkfever certificates or awards.
Use Talkfever logo for unrelated business.
Modify Talkfever logo without permission.
Present themselves as Talkfever employee, agent or representative without authorization.
Use Talkfever brand assets to mislead investors, customers, creators or users.
Talkfever may require removal or correction of unauthorized brand use.
Any removal, restriction or restoration of content by Talkfever does not constitute a final legal decision on copyright ownership, trademark ownership or infringement.
Talkfever’s action is a platform-level response based on available information, applicable law, user safety, risk and policy standards.
Disputes over ownership or infringement may need to be resolved by the parties through legal process or competent authority.
Talkfever may comply with valid court orders, regulatory directions, government requests, law enforcement notices or legally binding takedown instructions.
Talkfever may remove, restrict, preserve, disclose or disable content or account information where required by applicable law.
Talkfever may retain records related to infringement complaints, takedown actions, counter-complaints, user notices, repeat infringement, content URLs, account details, payment records and investigation logs for legal, compliance, audit, safety and dispute resolution purposes.
