How copyright and content infringement complaints are handled on Talkfever.

This Copyright & Content Infringement Policy applies to Talkfever, accessible at https://www.talkfever.com, and all related services, features, profiles, posts, pages, groups, communities, creator tools, advertising services, monetization programs and connected verticals operated by Talkfever Social Media Limited.

Talkfever respects intellectual property rights and expects all users, creators, advertisers, vendors, page owners, group owners, media partners and business users to respect the rights of others.

This Policy explains how copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, brand misuse and other content infringement complaints may be submitted and handled on Talkfever.

1. Purpose of This Policy

The purpose of this Policy is to:

Protect copyright owners, creators, brands and rights holders.

Provide a clear process for reporting infringing content.

Help users understand what content they can and cannot upload.

Prevent unauthorized use of copyrighted works, trademarks and personal identity.

Maintain trust, safety and legal compliance across Talkfever.

Provide a fair review process for takedown and counter-complaints.

Reduce repeat infringement and platform misuse.

2. Scope

This Policy applies to all content and activity on Talkfever, including:

  • User profiles
  • Posts and captions
  • Images and photographs
  • Videos, reels, shorts and live content
  • Music, audio, sound recordings and voice clips
  • Comments and replies
  • Pages and groups
  • Community posts
  • Stories and promotional content
  • Advertisements and sponsored content
  • Creator campaign content
  • Social commerce posts
  • Product promotions
  • Logos, brand names and trademarks
  • Documents, graphics, designs and artwork
  • Links, embeds and third-party content shared on Talkfever

This Policy may also apply to content distributed through Talkfever’s connected verticals, including SarchBazar, Global Talk, AdBaazaar, VdoJunction, Creator GTM and other Talkfever ecosystem services, where applicable.

3. User Responsibility for Content

Users are solely responsible for the content they upload, post, share, promote or distribute on Talkfever.

By uploading or posting content, you represent and warrant that:

  • You own the content, or
  • You have permission, license or legal authority to use the content, or

Your use is otherwise permitted under applicable law.

You must not upload, post, share, advertise, monetize or distribute content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, personality, design, moral rights, confidentiality or any other legal rights of another person or entity.

4. Copyrighted Content

Copyright may protect original works such as:

  • Photos
  • Videos
  • Films
  • Music
  • Songs
  • Sound recordings
  • Written articles
  • Books and blogs
  • Artwork and illustrations
  • Graphics and designs
  • Software code
  • Presentations
  • Podcasts
  • Scripts
  • News content
  • Creative works
  • Educational material

Users should not copy, upload, repost, edit, monetize or distribute copyrighted content without permission from the rights holder, unless legally permitted.

Crediting the original owner does not automatically make use lawful. Permission may still be required.

5. Trademark and Brand Infringement

Users must not misuse trademarks, logos, brand names, product names, company names, trade dress, badges, certification marks or other brand identifiers.

Trademark or brand misuse may include:

  • Creating fake brand pages
  • Impersonating a company or public figure
  • Using a logo without permission
  • Selling counterfeit goods
  • Misleading users about brand affiliation
  • Creating fake partnerships or endorsements
  • Using Talkfever, SarchBazar, Global Talk or other platform branding without authorization
  • Running ads that falsely suggest official approval or sponsorship

Talkfever may remove or restrict content, pages, ads or accounts that misuse trademarks or brand identities.

6. Personality, Publicity and Privacy Rights

Users must not upload, use, edit, commercialize or promote another person’s name, image, voice, likeness, identity, private information or personal content in a way that violates their legal rights.

This includes:

  • Unauthorized use of someone’s photo or video
  • Fake celebrity endorsement
  • Misleading use of a public figure’s identity
  • Non-consensual sharing of private media
  • Impersonation
  • Deepfake or manipulated identity content
  • Use of someone’s image for ads without permission
  • Publishing personal details without consent

Talkfever may remove such content where it violates law, user safety or platform policy.

7. AI-Generated, Edited or Manipulated Content

Users must not use AI-generated, edited, synthetic or manipulated content to infringe copyright, impersonate another person, mislead users, create fake endorsements, misuse brand assets or violate third-party rights.

AI-generated content must not:

  • Copy protected works unlawfully
  • Use unauthorized celebrity or public figure likeness for promotion
  • Mislead users into believing content is real or endorsed
  • Recreate copyrighted images, videos, music or designs unlawfully
  • Use a brand logo or trademark without permission
  • Hide paid, sponsored or synthetic content where disclosure is required

Talkfever may label, restrict, remove or review AI-generated or manipulated content that creates infringement, fraud, misinformation or user harm risks.

8. Content Not Allowed on Talkfever

The following content is not allowed:

  • Pirated movies, songs, shows, books, software or games
  • Unauthorized music or film clips
  • Reuploaded copyrighted videos without permission
  • Copied news articles or blog content without authorization
  • Stolen photos or artwork
  • Counterfeit product listings
  • Fake brand pages or fake celebrity pages
  • Unauthorized logos in ads or social commerce posts
  • Paid promotions using someone’s identity without permission
  • Watermark removal or altered copyrighted content
  • Screenshots or recordings of paid/private content without permission
  • Links primarily intended to distribute pirated or infringing material
  • Content that violates another person’s privacy or publicity rights

9. Permitted Use and Fair Dealing

Some limited uses of copyrighted material may be permitted under applicable law, such as lawful criticism, review, reporting, research, education or other legally recognized exceptions.

However, users are responsible for determining whether their use is legally permitted.

Talkfever does not provide legal advice and may still restrict or remove disputed content when it receives a valid complaint or where platform rules are violated.

10. Reporting Copyright or Content Infringement

If you believe that content on Talkfever infringes your copyright, trademark, brand rights, privacy, publicity or other legal rights, you may submit a complaint to Talkfever.

Your complaint should include:

  • Your full name
  • Your email address and phone number
  • Your company or organization name, if applicable
  • Identification of the copyrighted work, trademark, brand, image, content or right being infringed
  • URL or exact location of the allegedly infringing content on Talkfever
  • Description of how the content infringes your rights
  • Proof of ownership or authorization
  • Screenshots or supporting documents, if available
  • A statement that your complaint is made in good faith
  • A statement that the information provided is accurate
  • Your physical or electronic signature

11. Complaint Review Process

After receiving a complaint, Talkfever may:

Acknowledge receipt where appropriate.

Review the complaint and supporting information.

Request additional documents or clarification.

Temporarily restrict or disable disputed content.

Notify the user who uploaded the content, where appropriate.

Remove, restrict, label, downrank or disable access to infringing content.

Reject incomplete, false, abusive or legally insufficient complaints.

Preserve relevant records where required.

Take further action against repeat or serious violators.

Talkfever may act expeditiously according to applicable law, platform policy and the nature of the complaint.

12. Emergency or High-Risk Complaints

Talkfever may prioritize complaints involving:

  • Non-consensual private content
  • Child safety concerns
  • Impersonation
  • Financial fraud
  • Fake public figure endorsement
  • Deepfake misuse
  • Counterfeit product promotion
  • Mass piracy
  • Security risks
  • Court orders or government directions
  • Content causing immediate harm

Talkfever may remove or restrict such content quickly while further verification is pending.

13. Counter-Complaint / Appeal by User

If your content was removed or restricted because of an infringement complaint and you believe the action was taken by mistake, you may submit an appeal or counter-complaint.

Your appeal should include:

  • Your full name
  • Your registered Talkfever email or phone number
  • URL or description of removed/restricted content
  • Reason why you believe the content is not infringing
  • Proof of ownership, license, permission or lawful use
  • Any supporting documents
  • A statement that your appeal is made in good faith
  • Your physical or electronic signature

Talkfever may review the appeal and may restore, continue restriction, modify or remove the content depending on the evidence, applicable law and platform policy.

14. False or Misleading Complaints

Submitting false, misleading, abusive or bad-faith complaints may result in:

  • Rejection of complaint
  • Account restriction
  • Loss of complaint privileges
  • Legal action
  • Liability for damages or losses caused by false claims
  • Reporting to competent authorities where required

Rights holders and complainants must submit complaints responsibly and only where they have a genuine legal basis.

15. Repeat Infringer Policy

Talkfever may take stricter action against users who repeatedly infringe rights or receive repeated valid complaints.

Actions may include:

  • Warning
  • Content removal
  • Account restriction
  • Page or group restriction
  • Monetization suspension
  • Advertising restriction
  • Marketplace restriction
  • Temporary suspension
  • Permanent account termination
  • Payout hold or reversal
  • Legal action
  • Reporting to authorities where required

Talkfever may consider the nature, frequency, severity and validity of infringement complaints before taking action.

16. Monetization and Infringing Content

Content that infringes copyright, trademark or other rights is not eligible for monetization.

Talkfever may:

Disable monetization on disputed content.

Hold or reverse creator earnings.

Cancel campaign payouts.

Reject advertising campaigns.

Remove sponsored content.

Restrict page/group monetization.

Deduct revenue linked to infringing or invalid content.

Suspend creator, vendor or advertiser monetization access.

Participants are not entitled to earn money from content they do not own or have permission to use.

17. Advertiser and Sponsored Content Responsibility

Advertisers and sponsors are responsible for ensuring that all ad creatives, brand claims, images, videos, music, logos, testimonials and promotional materials used in campaigns are lawful and properly authorized.

Talkfever may reject or remove ads that:

  • Use copyrighted media without permission
  • Misuse celebrity photos or voices
  • Create fake endorsement
  • Use unauthorized brand logos
  • Promote counterfeit goods
  • Contain misleading claims
  • Violate third-party rights
  • Violate applicable advertising or consumer laws

Approval of an ad by Talkfever does not mean Talkfever guarantees that the advertiser owns all necessary rights.

18. Creator and Influencer Responsibility

Creators must ensure that all campaign content, videos, images, music, background tracks, scripts, edits, brand assets and third-party materials used in creator content are properly owned, licensed or permitted.

Creators must not:

Use unlicensed music in monetized videos.

Use unauthorized film or TV clips.

Use another creator’s content without permission.

Copy designs, scripts, captions or creative concepts unlawfully.

Use fake celebrity endorsement.

Use brand logos without approval.

Hide sponsored or paid collaboration disclosures.

Repost third-party content and claim it as original.

Creators may lose campaign eligibility, monetization or award benefits for infringement.

19. Page, Group and Community Responsibility

Page owners, group admins and community managers must take reasonable steps to prevent repeated infringement in their communities.

They should not allow their pages or groups to become spaces for:

  • Piracy
  • Unauthorized downloads
  • Counterfeit selling
  • Fake brand promotions
  • Infringing media distribution
  • Unauthorized paid content sharing
  • Impersonation
  • Illegal streaming links
  • Rights-violating commercial activity

Talkfever may restrict, remove or disable pages and groups that repeatedly host infringing content.

20. Social Commerce and Marketplace Infringement

Where Talkfever is used for social commerce, vendors and sellers must ensure that products, images, descriptions, packaging, brand names and promotional content do not violate third-party rights.

Prohibited marketplace conduct includes:

  • Selling counterfeit goods
  • Using fake brand names
  • Copying product photos from other sellers
  • Using unauthorized celebrity images
  • Misleading users with fake official affiliation
  • Selling pirated digital products
  • Reproducing branded packaging without permission
  • Misusing third-party trademarks in ads

Talkfever may remove promotional posts, restrict vendor activity and coordinate with SarchBazar or other verticals for enforcement.

21. Links to Infringing Material

Users must not use Talkfever to share links that primarily direct users to pirated, counterfeit, illegal or infringing material.

This includes links to:

  • Pirated movies or music
  • Illegal streaming websites
  • Cracked software or games
  • Unauthorized book PDFs
  • Counterfeit product stores
  • Stolen content archives
  • Phishing or impersonation pages
  • Infringing downloads

Talkfever may remove such links and restrict accounts that repeatedly share them.

22. Use of Talkfever Brand Assets

Users, creators, vendors, advertisers and partners may not use Talkfever’s name, logo, screenshots, badges, certificates, trademarks or brand assets in a misleading or unauthorized manner.

Users must not:

Claim official partnership without approval.

Create fake Talkfever certificates or awards.

Use Talkfever logo for unrelated business.

Modify Talkfever logo without permission.

Present themselves as Talkfever employee, agent or representative without authorization.

Use Talkfever brand assets to mislead investors, customers, creators or users.

Talkfever may require removal or correction of unauthorized brand use.

23. Takedown Does Not Decide Ownership

Any removal, restriction or restoration of content by Talkfever does not constitute a final legal decision on copyright ownership, trademark ownership or infringement.

Talkfever’s action is a platform-level response based on available information, applicable law, user safety, risk and policy standards.

Disputes over ownership or infringement may need to be resolved by the parties through legal process or competent authority.

24. Court Orders and Legal Notices

Talkfever may comply with valid court orders, regulatory directions, government requests, law enforcement notices or legally binding takedown instructions.

Talkfever may remove, restrict, preserve, disclose or disable content or account information where required by applicable law.

25. Record Keeping

Talkfever may retain records related to infringement complaints, takedown actions, counter-complaints, user notices, repeat infringement, content URLs, account details, payment records and investigation logs for legal, compliance, audit, safety and dispute resolution purposes.

26. No Legal Advice

This Policy is provided for platform governance and user guidance.

It does not constitute legal advice. Users, complainants, creators, advertisers, vendors and rights holders should consult qualified legal professionals for advice regarding copyright, trademark, licensing or legal disputes.

27. Changes to This Policy

Talkfever may update this Copyright & Content Infringement Policy from time to time to reflect changes in law, platform features, content formats, creator programs, advertising services, marketplace integrations or enforcement practices.

The updated Policy will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.

Continued use of Talkfever after updates means acceptance of the revised Policy.
