This Policy explains Talkfever’s approach to user data safety, account security, high-risk account protection, VVIP profile guard measures, suspicious activity monitoring, impersonation prevention, access control and incident response.

Provide users with privacy, deletion and grievance mechanisms.

Users are responsible for keeping their accounts secure.

Users should:

Keep registered email and mobile number updated.

Not share OTP, password or login credentials with anyone.

Not allow unauthorized persons to operate their account.

Log out from shared or public devices.

Report suspicious login or unauthorized activity immediately.

Avoid clicking phishing links or fake Talkfever login pages.

Use only official Talkfever websites, apps and approved links.

Review account settings and connected devices regularly where available.

Avoid sharing sensitive personal, financial or identity information publicly.

Talkfever will not be responsible for losses caused by user negligence, credential sharing, phishing, third-party scams or unauthorized access due to user-side compromise, except where required by law.

7. VVIP Account Protection Guard

Talkfever may provide enhanced protection for selected high-risk, high-value or sensitive accounts under its VVIP Account Protection Guard framework.

VVIP accounts may include:

  • Verified public figures
  • Celebrities, artists and performers
  • Founders, directors and senior executives
  • Investors and business leaders
  • High-reach creators
  • Journalists and media personalities

VVIP account protection may be provided based on eligibility, risk level, verification, platform policy, business requirement or Talkfever’s internal assessment.

VVIP classification is at Talkfever’s discretion and does not create any guaranteed right, privilege, contractual entitlement or permanent status.

10. Verification for VVIP Protection

To activate or maintain VVIP protection, Talkfever may require verification information such as:

  • Official email address
  • Registered mobile number
  • Identity proof, where legally appropriate
  • Business authorization letter
  • Company documents
  • Social media profile proof
  • Public figure verification proof
  • Brand ownership proof
  • Page or group ownership proof
  • Government or professional credentials, where applicable
  • Authorized representative details
  • Any other reasonable proof required for account protection

Talkfever may refuse or remove VVIP protection if verification is incomplete, false, misleading, outdated or disputed.

11. High-Risk Activity Monitoring

Talkfever may monitor accounts for high-risk activity such as:

  • Login from unusual device or location
  • Repeated failed login attempts
  • Password reset abuse
  • Sudden profile name or username change
  • Sudden change of registered mobile or email
  • Suspicious page or group admin changes
  • Unusual posting activity
  • Unusual messaging behaviour
  • Spam activity
  • Impersonation reports
  • Unauthorized ad campaign creation
  • Sudden payout detail change
  • Suspicious monetization activity
  • Fake referral or reward activity
  • Account takeover signals

Where suspicious activity is detected, Talkfever may temporarily restrict account access, request verification, pause monetization, hold payouts, restrict admin actions or lock the account for safety review.

12. Account Takeover Protection

If Talkfever suspects account takeover or unauthorized access, Talkfever may take protective action, including:

  • Temporary account lock
  • Forced logout from devices
  • Password reset requirement
  • OTP or identity verification
  • Email or phone verification
  • Restriction on profile changes
  • Restriction on page/group admin changes
  • Temporary pause on posting or messaging
  • Temporary pause on ad campaigns
  • Temporary payout or monetization hold
  • Review of recent account activity
  • Restoration of unauthorized changes where feasible

Users must cooperate with security verification to recover access.

13. Impersonation Protection

Talkfever prohibits impersonation of users, creators, public figures, brands, companies, government bodies, media persons or platform representatives.

Impersonation may include:

  • Fake profile using another person’s name/photo
  • Fake celebrity or creator account
  • Fake brand or company page
  • Fake investor or founder identity
  • Fake Talkfever official account
  • Fake customer support account
  • Misleading use of logos, badges or profile details
  • False claim of affiliation, partnership or verification

Talkfever may remove, restrict or label impersonating accounts and may preserve records for legal or compliance purposes.

14. VVIP Impersonation Fast Review

For VVIP or high-risk accounts, Talkfever may provide faster review of impersonation complaints.

A complaint should include:

  • Real account/profile link
  • Fake account/profile link
  • Proof of identity or authorization
  • Description of impersonation
  • Screenshots, if available
  • Contact details of authorized complainant

Talkfever may request additional proof before taking action, especially where identity or ownership is disputed.

15. Page, Group and Community Admin Protection

Talkfever may apply enhanced controls for pages, groups and communities with large audiences, verified ownership, monetization, brand association or public influence.

Protection may include:

  • Admin change review
  • Owner verification
  • Suspicious admin removal review
  • Role transfer confirmation
  • Restriction on unauthorized takeover
  • Emergency admin recovery process
  • Review of disputed ownership claims
  • Protection of brand pages and official communities

Page and group owners are responsible for assigning trusted admins and protecting admin credentials.

16. Business, Advertiser and Monetization Account Protection

For business, advertiser and monetization accounts, Talkfever may apply additional safeguards relating to:

  • Payout detail changes
  • Invoice records
  • Vendor or business identity
  • Ad account ownership

  • Revenue withdrawal

Talkfever may hold or delay payouts, campaigns or changes where fraud, unauthorized access or legal risk is suspected.

17. Data Access Control

Talkfever may limit employee, vendor, contractor and service provider access to user data.

Talkfever may refuse recovery where ownership is disputed, verification is incomplete, suspicious activity is detected or legal restrictions apply.

22. VVIP Emergency Lock

For eligible VVIP accounts, Talkfever may provide an emergency lock mechanism where the account may be temporarily frozen to prevent further misuse.

During emergency lock:

Login may be restricted.

Posting may be disabled.

Profile changes may be paused.

Admin changes may be blocked.

Payout changes may be frozen.

Ad campaign changes may be paused.

Recovery verification may be required.

Emergency lock is a protective measure and does not determine final account ownership or liability.

23. Incident Response

In case of data safety or account security incidents, Talkfever may take actions such as:

  • Investigating suspicious activity
  • Restricting access
  • Resetting credentials
  • Removing unauthorized content
  • Notifying affected users where required
  • Preserving logs and evidence
  • Holding payouts or transactions
  • Reviewing employee or vendor access
  • Blocking malicious accounts or IP patterns

Talkfever may prioritize incidents based on severity, user harm, public risk, data sensitivity and legal obligations.

24. Data Breach and Security Notification

Where required by applicable law, Talkfever may notify affected users, authorities or relevant parties of certain data security incidents.

Not every security event will constitute a reportable data breach.

25. Misuse of VVIP Protection

Users must not misuse VVIP protection or emergency support systems.

  • Attempting to take over another account

  • Misusing priority support
  • Filing bad-faith complaints against competitors

Talkfever may restrict accounts, reject requests or take legal action for misuse.

26. Limitation of Protection

Talkfever will make reasonable efforts to protect user data and accounts, but no system can guarantee complete security.

Talkfever does not guarantee that:

Accounts can never be hacked.

All impersonation will be detected immediately.

All phishing attempts can be prevented.

All deleted content can be recovered.

All unauthorized actions can be reversed.

All third-party scams can be stopped.

All user-side credential compromise can be prevented.

Users must also follow security best practices.

27. Connected Verticals and Account Safety

Talkfever may be connected with SarchBazar, Global Talk, AdBaazaar, VdoJunction, Creator GTM, Investor Portal and other verticals.

Where a user’s Talkfever account is linked to vertical accounts, account compromise may affect connected services.

Talkfever may coordinate account safety actions across verticals, including:

  • Login restriction
  • Payment hold
  • Vendor account review
  • Advertiser account review
  • Creator payout review
  • Campaign pause
  • Profile verification
  • Content review
  • Fraud investigation

Vertical-specific account security rules may also apply.
