Rules and standards for using the Talkfever platform responsibly.
These Community Guidelines apply to Talkfever, accessible at https://www.talkfever.com, and all related features, including user profiles, posts, feeds, comments, reactions, pages, groups, communities, creator tools, messaging, social commerce features, advertising services, monetization programs and connected Talkfever verticals.
Talkfever is operated by Talkfever Social Media Limited.
Talkfever is built to help people connect, create, communicate, collaborate, build communities, grow businesses and participate in a responsible digital ecosystem. These Guidelines explain what is allowed and not allowed on Talkfever so that users, creators, businesses, advertisers, vendors and communities can use the platform safely and respectfully.
By using Talkfever, you agree to follow these Community Guidelines along with our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Compliance Policy, Monetization Policy, Advertising Policy, Social Commerce Policy, Copyright & Content Infringement Policy and other applicable platform policies.
Talkfever is built on the following principles:
Users are encouraged to express themselves, but expression must not harm others, violate law, mislead users or damage platform safety.
Users must treat others with dignity and respect.
You must not:
Abuse, insult or threaten other users.
Harass individuals or groups.
Bully, shame or humiliate others.
Use degrading or hateful language.
Encourage others to attack, troll or mass-report someone.
Target users based on identity, belief, region, gender, language, caste, religion, disability, profession or personal background.
Share content intended to create fear, humiliation or intimidation.
Healthy disagreement is allowed. Personal attacks, abuse and harassment are not allowed.
Talkfever does not allow hate speech or discriminatory content.
Users must not post or promote content that attacks, dehumanizes, threatens or excludes people based on protected or personal characteristics, including:
Content that promotes hatred, violence, segregation, humiliation or superiority over any group may be removed.
Users must not post or promote content that:
Threatens violence against any person or group.
Encourages physical harm.
Glorifies violent attacks.
Promotes terrorism, extremism or organized crime.
Encourages riots, mob violence or unlawful public disorder.
Shares instructions for weapons, explosives or violent wrongdoing.
Celebrates injury, death or suffering of real people.
Encourages self-harm or suicide.
If users see immediate danger or real-world threats, they should contact local emergency services or law enforcement.
Talkfever has zero tolerance for child exploitation or child sexual abuse material.
Users must not post, share, request, promote or distribute:
Such content may be removed immediately and may be reported to appropriate authorities where required.
Users must not post unlawful, exploitative, non-consensual or obscene sexual content.
Not allowed:
Educational, health-related or awareness content may be allowed where lawful, non-exploitative and appropriately presented.
Users must not engage in repeated or targeted abuse.
This includes:
Talkfever may restrict accounts, posts, messages, groups or pages involved in targeted abuse.
Users must respect the privacy of others.
You must not share someone else’s private information without permission, including:
Users should also avoid posting their own sensitive information publicly.
Talkfever encourages authentic and responsible identity use.
Users must not:
Impersonate another person.
Create fake celebrity, creator, investor, founder or public figure profiles.
Create fake company, brand or government pages.
Misuse someone’s photo, name, logo or identity.
Claim false verification, partnership or official status.
Operate fake customer support accounts.
Pretend to be Talkfever staff or representative.
Parody, fan or commentary accounts may be allowed only if they are clearly labelled and do not mislead users.
Users must not knowingly spread false, misleading or manipulated content that may cause harm.
This includes content that:
Misleads users about public safety, health, finance or law.
Uses fake screenshots, fake documents or fake claims.
Misrepresents official announcements.
Spreads false rumours that may create panic.
Manipulates images, videos or audio to deceive users.
Uses deepfakes without disclosure.
Makes false claims about people, businesses, elections, disasters or public events.
Talkfever may remove, label, reduce visibility or restrict such content depending on severity and legal risk.
Talkfever does not allow fraud, scams or deceptive activity.
Users must not promote:
Users should verify business, payment and earning claims before acting.
Users must not misuse Talkfever for spam or artificial activity.
Not allowed:
Talkfever may remove spam content and restrict accounts involved in manipulation.
Users must only post content they own, have permission to use or are legally allowed to share.
Do not upload or share:
Giving credit does not automatically make unauthorized use legal. Rights holders may report infringement under Talkfever’s Copyright & Content Infringement Policy.
Creators are expected to maintain higher responsibility because their content may influence users and communities.
Creators must:
Create lawful and original content.
Avoid misleading claims.
Disclose sponsored, paid, gifted, barter, affiliate or commission-based content.
Avoid fake engagement or purchased followers.
Respect copyright and brand rights.
Avoid harmful challenges or dangerous stunts.
Avoid promoting scams or prohibited products.
Use Talkfever brand assets only as permitted.
Follow campaign-specific rules.
Creators may lose campaign eligibility, monetization, awards or account privileges for violations.
Paid, sponsored or incentivized content must be transparent.
Users, creators, businesses and page owners should clearly disclose if content is:
Disclosures must be clear and visible. Hidden or misleading disclosures are not allowed.
Talkfever may allow product sharing, vendor promotion and social commerce through posts, pages, groups, creators and SarchBazar integration.
Users must not:
Promote fake or counterfeit goods.
Make false product claims.
Mislead users about discounts, price, delivery or refund.
Use fake reviews or fake testimonials.
Promote unsafe or illegal products.
Divert users to fraudulent payment channels.
Misuse buyer or customer data.
Spam groups or communities with product links.
Hide paid product promotion.
Transactions through SarchBazar or other verticals may be governed by their respective policies.
Businesses and advertisers must ensure all promotional content is lawful, truthful and not misleading.
Advertising must not:
Use fake claims or fake testimonials.
Use unauthorized celebrity endorsement.
Misrepresent price, discount or guarantee.
Promote illegal or restricted products.
Infringe copyright or trademark.
Mislead users about income, investment, health or financial results.
Use fear, panic or deception to sell.
Violate consumer protection, advertising or platform rules.
Talkfever may reject, pause or remove ads that violate policy.
Monetization is available only to eligible users, creators, pages, groups, communities or partners under Talkfever’s Monetization Policy.
Users must not monetize content or activity involving:
Talkfever may hold, reverse or cancel payouts linked to invalid activity or policy violations.
Page owners, group admins and community managers must maintain safe and lawful spaces.
Admins must not allow their pages or groups to become spaces for:
Admins may be held responsible for repeated violations in their communities.
Users must not promote, sell or facilitate unlawful or restricted goods and services.
This may include:
Talkfever may remove such content and restrict accounts involved.
Users must be careful with financial, business, investment and earning claims.
Not allowed:
Any business, creator, vendor or campaign income example must be truthful, supportable and not misleading.
Users must not make misleading health, medical, beauty, wellness or safety claims.
Not allowed:
Users should consult qualified professionals for medical or health decisions.
Users may discuss public issues respectfully and lawfully.
However, users must not:
Promote violence or unlawful public disorder.
Spread knowingly false public information.
Impersonate government authorities.
Mislead users about official notices.
Share fake voting, civic or legal instructions.
Target individuals or groups with hate.
Use manipulated media to mislead the public.
Talkfever may restrict content that creates legal, public safety or misinformation risk.
Users must not use AI-generated or edited content to deceive or harm others.
AI or manipulated media must not:
Impersonate real people.
Create fake endorsements.
Mislead users about real events.
Spread false information.
Infringe copyright or brand rights.
Create non-consensual intimate content.
Hide synthetic content where disclosure is necessary.
Manipulate users in ads, campaigns or financial claims.
Talkfever may label, restrict or remove AI-generated or manipulated content that creates harm or deception.
Users must protect their accounts and must not share passwords, OTPs or login credentials.
Users should report:
Talkfever may provide enhanced review for selected high-risk or VVIP accounts, subject to verification and platform policy.
Users may report content, accounts, pages, groups, messages, ads or promotions that violate these Guidelines.

Users are responsible for ensuring that their content and activity comply with applicable laws.
Talkfever may update these Community Guidelines from time to time to reflect changes in law, user safety, platform features, creator programs, monetization, advertising, social commerce or community standards.
Updated Guidelines will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
Continued use of Talkfever after updates means acceptance of the revised Guidelines.
