Community Guidelines

Rules and standards for using the Talkfever platform responsibly.

These Community Guidelines apply to Talkfever, accessible at https://www.talkfever.com, and all related features, including user profiles, posts, feeds, comments, reactions, pages, groups, communities, creator tools, messaging, social commerce features, advertising services, monetization programs and connected Talkfever verticals.

Talkfever is built to help people connect, create, communicate, collaborate, build communities, grow businesses and participate in a responsible digital ecosystem. These Guidelines explain what is allowed and not allowed on Talkfever so that users, creators, businesses, advertisers, vendors and communities can use the platform safely and respectfully.

By using Talkfever, you agree to follow these Community Guidelines along with our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Compliance Policy, Monetization Policy, Advertising Policy, Social Commerce Policy, Copyright & Content Infringement Policy and other applicable platform policies.

1. Our Community Principles

Talkfever is built on the following principles:

  • Respect for every user
  • Safety of individuals and communities
  • Authentic identity and genuine interaction
  • Responsible freedom of expression
  • Protection from abuse, fraud and manipulation
  • Respect for law, privacy and intellectual property
  • Transparency in sponsored and paid promotions
  • Trustworthy creator, business and social commerce activity
  • Fair opportunity for users, creators, vendors and communities
  • Protection of platform integrity and public trust

Users are encouraged to express themselves, but expression must not harm others, violate law, mislead users or damage platform safety.

2. Respectful Behaviour

Users must treat others with dignity and respect.

You must not:

Abuse, insult or threaten other users.

Harass individuals or groups.

Bully, shame or humiliate others.

Use degrading or hateful language.

Encourage others to attack, troll or mass-report someone.

Target users based on identity, belief, region, gender, language, caste, religion, disability, profession or personal background.

Share content intended to create fear, humiliation or intimidation.

Healthy disagreement is allowed. Personal attacks, abuse and harassment are not allowed.

3. Hate Speech and Discrimination

Talkfever does not allow hate speech or discriminatory content.

Users must not post or promote content that attacks, dehumanizes, threatens or excludes people based on protected or personal characteristics, including:

  • Religion
  • Caste
  • Race
  • Ethnicity
  • Nationality
  • Gender
  • Disability
  • Sexual orientation
  • Language
  • Region
  • Age
  • Social or economic background
  • Medical condition
  • Community identity

Content that promotes hatred, violence, segregation, humiliation or superiority over any group may be removed.

4. Violence, Threats and Harmful Conduct

Users must not post or promote content that:

Threatens violence against any person or group.

Encourages physical harm.

Glorifies violent attacks.

Promotes terrorism, extremism or organized crime.

Encourages riots, mob violence or unlawful public disorder.

Shares instructions for weapons, explosives or violent wrongdoing.

Celebrates injury, death or suffering of real people.

Encourages self-harm or suicide.

If users see immediate danger or real-world threats, they should contact local emergency services or law enforcement.

5. Child Safety

Talkfever has zero tolerance for child exploitation or child sexual abuse material.

Users must not post, share, request, promote or distribute:

  • Sexual content involving minors
  • Child abuse material
  • Grooming behaviour
  • Sexualized images or comments about minors
  • Exploitative content involving children
  • Content encouraging harm to children
  • Private information of minors without lawful consent
  • Any content that endangers children

Such content may be removed immediately and may be reported to appropriate authorities where required.

6. Nudity, Sexual Content and Obscene Material

Users must not post unlawful, exploitative, non-consensual or obscene sexual content.

Not allowed:

  • Non-consensual intimate images
  • Sexual exploitation
  • Revenge porn
  • Sexual content involving minors
  • Explicit sexual services or solicitation
  • Obscene content prohibited by law
  • Deepfake sexual content
  • Sexual harassment or unwanted sexual messages
  • Hidden camera or voyeuristic content

Educational, health-related or awareness content may be allowed where lawful, non-exploitative and appropriately presented.

7. Harassment, Bullying and Targeted Abuse

Users must not engage in repeated or targeted abuse.

This includes:

  • Repeated unwanted messages
  • Coordinated harassment
  • Threatening messages
  • Doxxing or sharing private information
  • Mocking personal tragedy
  • Encouraging others to harass a user
  • Creating fake accounts to abuse someone
  • Targeting creators, public figures or businesses with malicious campaigns
  • Misusing comments, groups or pages to attack others

Talkfever may restrict accounts, posts, messages, groups or pages involved in targeted abuse.

8. Privacy and Personal Information

Users must respect the privacy of others.

You must not share someone else’s private information without permission, including:

  • Mobile number
  • Email address
  • Home address
  • Government ID
  • Bank details
  • Private photos or videos
  • Private messages
  • Medical information
  • Family details
  • Workplace details used for harassment
  • Precise live location
  • Passwords, OTPs or login details

Users should also avoid posting their own sensitive information publicly.

9. Authentic Identity and Impersonation

Talkfever encourages authentic and responsible identity use.

Users must not:

Impersonate another person.

Create fake celebrity, creator, investor, founder or public figure profiles.

Create fake company, brand or government pages.

Misuse someone’s photo, name, logo or identity.

Claim false verification, partnership or official status.

Operate fake customer support accounts.

Pretend to be Talkfever staff or representative.

Parody, fan or commentary accounts may be allowed only if they are clearly labelled and do not mislead users.

10. Misinformation, Fake News and Manipulated Content

Users must not knowingly spread false, misleading or manipulated content that may cause harm.

This includes content that:

Misleads users about public safety, health, finance or law.

Uses fake screenshots, fake documents or fake claims.

Misrepresents official announcements.

Spreads false rumours that may create panic.

Manipulates images, videos or audio to deceive users.

Uses deepfakes without disclosure.

Makes false claims about people, businesses, elections, disasters or public events.

Talkfever may remove, label, reduce visibility or restrict such content depending on severity and legal risk.

11. Fraud, Scams and Deceptive Practices

Talkfever does not allow fraud, scams or deceptive activity.

Users must not promote:

  • Fake investment schemes
  • Ponzi schemes
  • Guaranteed income scams
  • Fake jobs or fake hiring
  • Fake fundraising
  • Fake prizes or lottery scams
  • Phishing links
  • Fake payment links
  • Fraudulent financial products
  • Fake charity campaigns
  • Fake customer support
  • Identity theft
  • Unauthorized collection of bank, OTP or login details

Users should verify business, payment and earning claims before acting.

12. Spam and Platform Manipulation

Users must not misuse Talkfever for spam or artificial activity.

Not allowed:

  • Bulk unsolicited messaging
  • Repeated irrelevant posting
  • Link spam
  • Bot activity
  • Fake likes, comments, shares or followers
  • Fake accounts
  • Engagement pods used for manipulation
  • Automated scraping or crawling
  • Fake referrals
  • Fake orders or fake leads
  • Manipulating hashtags, trending sections or rankings
  • Misusing groups and pages for mass promotions

Talkfever may remove spam content and restrict accounts involved in manipulation.

13. Intellectual Property and Copyright

Users must only post content they own, have permission to use or are legally allowed to share.

Do not upload or share:

  • Pirated movies, music, books, software or games
  • Copyrighted videos without permission
  • Unlicensed music in monetized content
  • Stolen photos or artwork
  • Copied articles, captions or designs
  • Unauthorized brand logos
  • Counterfeit product promotions
  • Someone else’s content presented as your own

Giving credit does not automatically make unauthorized use legal. Rights holders may report infringement under Talkfever’s Copyright & Content Infringement Policy.

14. Creator Conduct

Creators are expected to maintain higher responsibility because their content may influence users and communities.

Creators must:

Create lawful and original content.

Avoid misleading claims.

Disclose sponsored, paid, gifted, barter, affiliate or commission-based content.

Avoid fake engagement or purchased followers.

Respect copyright and brand rights.

Avoid harmful challenges or dangerous stunts.

Avoid promoting scams or prohibited products.

Use Talkfever brand assets only as permitted.

Follow campaign-specific rules.

Creators may lose campaign eligibility, monetization, awards or account privileges for violations.

15. Sponsored Content and Paid Promotion

Paid, sponsored or incentivized content must be transparent.

Users, creators, businesses and page owners should clearly disclose if content is:

  • Sponsored
  • Paid partnership
  • Brand collaboration
  • Gifted product promotion
  • Affiliate link
  • Commission-based promotion
  • Vendor promotion
  • Talkfever campaign participation
  • Creator Led GTM campaign participation

Disclosures must be clear and visible. Hidden or misleading disclosures are not allowed.

16. Social Commerce and Product Promotion

Talkfever may allow product sharing, vendor promotion and social commerce through posts, pages, groups, creators and SarchBazar integration.

Users must not:

Promote fake or counterfeit goods.

Make false product claims.

Mislead users about discounts, price, delivery or refund.

Use fake reviews or fake testimonials.

Promote unsafe or illegal products.

Divert users to fraudulent payment channels.

Misuse buyer or customer data.

Spam groups or communities with product links.

Hide paid product promotion.

Transactions through SarchBazar or other verticals may be governed by their respective policies.

17. Advertising and Business Promotion

Businesses and advertisers must ensure all promotional content is lawful, truthful and not misleading.

Advertising must not:

Use fake claims or fake testimonials.

Use unauthorized celebrity endorsement.

Misrepresent price, discount or guarantee.

Promote illegal or restricted products.

Infringe copyright or trademark.

Mislead users about income, investment, health or financial results.

Use fear, panic or deception to sell.

Violate consumer protection, advertising or platform rules.

Talkfever may reject, pause or remove ads that violate policy.

18. Monetization Rules

Monetization is available only to eligible users, creators, pages, groups, communities or partners under Talkfever’s Monetization Policy.

Users must not monetize content or activity involving:

  • Fake engagement
  • Fake referrals
  • Fake orders
  • Bot traffic
  • Fraudulent leads
  • Copyright infringement
  • Misleading promotions
  • Prohibited content
  • Hate, abuse or harassment
  • Scams or illegal activity
  • Undisclosed sponsored content
  • Manipulated analytics

Talkfever may hold, reverse or cancel payouts linked to invalid activity or policy violations.

19. Pages, Groups and Community Admin Responsibility

Page owners, group admins and community managers must maintain safe and lawful spaces.

Admins must not allow their pages or groups to become spaces for:

  • Hate speech
  • Harassment
  • Fraud
  • Piracy
  • Spam
  • Fake reviews
  • Illegal selling
  • Counterfeit products
  • Undisclosed paid promotion
  • Fake investment or job schemes
  • Targeted abuse
  • Privacy violations
  • Repeated misinformation

Admins may be held responsible for repeated violations in their communities.

20. Regulated and Prohibited Goods or Services

Users must not promote, sell or facilitate unlawful or restricted goods and services.

This may include:

  • Illegal drugs
  • Counterfeit goods
  • Stolen goods
  • Weapons or explosives
  • Hazardous materials
  • Fraudulent financial products
  • Unauthorized medicines
  • Unsafe health products
  • Obscene or exploitative services
  • Gambling or betting where prohibited
  • Fake documents or certificates
  • Hacking services
  • Any product or service prohibited by law or platform policy

Talkfever may remove such content and restrict accounts involved.

21. Financial, Investment and Earning Claims

Users must be careful with financial, business, investment and earning claims.

Not allowed:

  • Guaranteed income claims
  • Guaranteed investment return claims
  • Fake profit screenshots
  • Misleading business opportunity promotions
  • Fake funding or valuation claims
  • Unauthorized securities or investment solicitation
  • Ponzi or pyramid schemes
  • Franchise-like income guarantee without legal basis
  • Misleading referral earning claims

Any business, creator, vendor or campaign income example must be truthful, supportable and not misleading.

22. Health, Medical and Safety Claims

Users must not make misleading health, medical, beauty, wellness or safety claims.

Not allowed:

  • Fake cure claims
  • Miracle treatment claims
  • Dangerous health advice
  • Unapproved medicine promotion
  • Misleading before-after content
  • False medical testimonials
  • Content discouraging urgent medical care
  • Advice that may cause serious harm

Users should consult qualified professionals for medical or health decisions.

23. Political, Public Interest and Civic Content

Users may discuss public issues respectfully and lawfully.

However, users must not:

Promote violence or unlawful public disorder.

Spread knowingly false public information.

Impersonate government authorities.

Mislead users about official notices.

Share fake voting, civic or legal instructions.

Target individuals or groups with hate.

Use manipulated media to mislead the public.

Talkfever may restrict content that creates legal, public safety or misinformation risk.

24. AI-Generated and Manipulated Media

Users must not use AI-generated or edited content to deceive or harm others.

AI or manipulated media must not:

Impersonate real people.

Create fake endorsements.

Mislead users about real events.

Spread false information.

Infringe copyright or brand rights.

Create non-consensual intimate content.

Hide synthetic content where disclosure is necessary.

Manipulate users in ads, campaigns or financial claims.

Talkfever may label, restrict or remove AI-generated or manipulated content that creates harm or deception.

25. Account Safety and VVIP Protection

Users must protect their accounts and must not share passwords, OTPs or login credentials.

Users should report:

  • Hacked accounts
  • Suspicious login
  • Fake profiles
  • Impersonation
  • Page or group takeover
  • Unauthorized payout change
  • Fake Talkfever support accounts
  • Data misuse
  • Targeted abuse

Talkfever may provide enhanced review for selected high-risk or VVIP accounts, subject to verification and platform policy.

26. Reporting Violations

Users may report content, accounts, pages, groups, messages, ads or promotions that violate these Guidelines.

In-app reporting path may include:

  • Post / Profile / Page / Group → Three-Dot Menu → Report → Select Reason → Submit

Users may report issues such as:

  • Harassment
  • Hate speech
  • Fake profile
  • Impersonation
  • Spam
  • Fraud or scam
  • Copyright issue
  • Nudity or sexual content
  • Violence or threat
  • Misinformation
  • Privacy violation
  • Prohibited product
  • Account safety issue
  • Other policy violation

Users should provide screenshots, links and supporting details where possible.

27. Enforcement Actions

Talkfever may take action when these Guidelines are violated.

Actions may include:

  • Warning
  • Content removal
  • Comment restriction
  • Post visibility reduction
  • Feature restriction
  • Page/group restriction
  • Community admin action
  • Ad rejection
  • Campaign pause
  • Monetization suspension
  • Payout hold or reversal
  • Account verification requirement
  • Temporary suspension
  • Permanent account termination
  • Reporting to authorities where legally required

Action may depend on severity, intent, repetition, harm, legal risk and platform safety.

28. Appeals and Review

If users believe enforcement action was taken by mistake, they may submit an appeal where available.

Appeal path may include:

  • Account Settings → Help & Support → Appeal a Decision

Appeals should include:

  • Account/profile link
  • Content link, if applicable
  • Reason for appeal
  • Supporting explanation
  • Proof of rights or context, where applicable

Talkfever may review the appeal and may uphold, modify or reverse the action.

29. Repeated Violations

Repeated violations may lead to stricter action, including account suspension or permanent termination.

Talkfever may consider:

  • Number of violations
  • Seriousness of violations
  • Harm caused
  • User history
  • Fraud or bad faith
  • Legal risk
  • Community impact
  • Whether previous warnings were ignored

30. Legal Compliance and Authority Requests

Talkfever may remove content, preserve records, restrict access or disclose information where required by law, court order, government direction, law enforcement request or regulatory requirement.

Users are responsible for ensuring that their content and activity comply with applicable laws.

31. Updates to These Guidelines

Talkfever may update these Community Guidelines from time to time to reflect changes in law, user safety, platform features, creator programs, monetization, advertising, social commerce or community standards.

Updated Guidelines will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.

Continued use of Talkfever after updates means acceptance of the revised Guidelines.
