Talkfever is a social networking and digital ecosystem platform that may provide, enable or facilitate:

• User profiles and social networking
• Posts, feeds, comments, reactions and sharing
• Pages, groups and communities
• Creator tools and creator collaboration
• Social commerce and business promotion
• Advertising and campaign services
• Messaging, notifications and communication tools
• Content discovery and recommendations
• User, creator, page and group monetization programs
• Creator-led GTM campaigns, awards and participation programs
• Business pages, brand pages and community growth tools
• Integration with Talkfever verticals such as SarchBazar, Global Talk, AdBaazaar, VdoJunction, Creator GTM and other related services

Talkfever may provide free, paid, subscription-based, advertising-supported, marketplace-based or monetization-linked services.

By using Talkfever, you confirm that:

You have read, understood and accepted these Terms.

You will comply with these Terms and all applicable policies.

You will use Talkfever only for lawful purposes.

Information provided by you is true, accurate and complete.

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

You will comply with applicable laws, rules, regulations and third-party rights.

These Terms should be read together with Talkfever’s Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Community Guidelines, Monetization Policy, Advertising Policy, Social Commerce Policy, Creator Policy, Creator Led GTM Award Policy, Refund Policy, Compliance Policy, Disclaimers and any service-specific or campaign-specific terms.

You may use Talkfever only if you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

If you use Talkfever on behalf of a company, brand, organization, page, creator agency, advertiser, vendor, media entity or business, you represent that you have authority to bind such entity to these Terms.

Users below the age permitted under applicable law may use Talkfever only with consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

Talkfever may restrict access to certain services, features, monetization tools, campaigns or paid products based on age, location, verification, legal requirements or platform policy.

Some Talkfever features require account registration.

You agree to:

Provide accurate and updated account information.

Maintain confidentiality of your password and login credentials.

Use your account only for lawful and genuine activity.

Not share your account access with unauthorized persons.

Not create fake, duplicate, misleading or impersonation accounts.

Notify Talkfever immediately if your account is compromised.

Accept responsibility for all activity under your account.

Talkfever may suspend, restrict or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, platform policies or applicable law.

Users may create profiles containing name, username, photo, bio, interests, location, links and other voluntarily submitted information.

You are responsible for information displayed on your profile.

You must not use profiles to:

Impersonate another person or entity.

Misrepresent identity, credentials or affiliation.

Display unlawful, abusive, obscene or misleading content.

Use fake profile photos or unauthorized images.

Promote scams, spam, prohibited products or illegal activity.

Harass, defame or mislead other users.

Talkfever may remove or restrict profile content that violates platform rules.

Users may post, upload, publish, share or transmit content on Talkfever, including text, images, videos, audio, links, comments, reactions, messages, articles, page posts, group posts, live content, promotional content and other material.

You retain ownership of your original content, but by posting or submitting content on Talkfever, you grant Talkfever a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable and sublicensable license to use, host, store, reproduce, display, publish, distribute, modify, adapt, translate, promote, recommend and make available your content for operating, improving, promoting and providing Talkfever and its related services.

This license continues for content that remains on the platform, in backups, shares, reposts, public pages, groups, reports, promotional materials or legally retained records, subject to applicable law and platform deletion processes.

You are solely responsible for your content and the consequences of posting it.

All user content must be lawful, respectful, truthful and compliant with Talkfever policies.

You must not post content that:

Is illegal, fraudulent, deceptive or misleading.

Is defamatory, abusive, threatening, hateful, obscene or harassing.

Promotes violence, terrorism, self-harm or criminal activity.

Infringes copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity rights.

Contains malware, phishing links, spyware or harmful code.

Impersonates another person, company, creator, brand or authority.

Spreads fake news, manipulated media, deepfakes or misinformation.

Violates privacy or confidentiality of others.

Promotes scams, Ponzi schemes, fake investment or fraudulent earning claims.

Contains spam, mass unsolicited promotion or platform manipulation.

Promotes prohibited or unlawful products or services.

Violates applicable advertising, consumer, data protection or cyber laws.

Talkfever may remove, restrict, label, downrank, moderate or disable content that violates these Terms or platform policies.

Talkfever may display content through feeds, recommendations, trending sections, search, pages, groups, communities, hashtags and promotional surfaces.

Content visibility may depend on:

• User settings
• Content quality
• Platform algorithms
• Community relevance
• Engagement signals
• Safety and policy review
• Personalization
• Advertising or promotion settings
• User reporting and moderation
• Legal or compliance requirements

Talkfever does not guarantee reach, followers, engagement, ranking, virality, visibility or distribution for any post, page, group, profile or campaign.

Talkfever may allow users to create, manage or participate in pages, groups and communities.

Page owners, group admins and community managers are responsible for:

Managing content and member activity.

Following Talkfever policies and applicable law.

Avoiding spam, fake engagement and misleading promotions.

Respecting user privacy.

Preventing harassment, hate, abuse and unlawful activity.

Disclosing sponsored, paid or commercial content where required.

Ensuring community commerce and promotional activity is lawful.

Talkfever may remove, restrict, suspend or take control-related action on pages, groups or communities that violate platform rules or create legal, safety or trust risks.

Talkfever may provide messaging, comments, notifications, alerts or other communication features.

Users must not use communication tools for:

• Harassment, abuse or threats
• Spam or bulk unsolicited messaging
• Fraud or phishing
• Illegal promotion
• Fake offers
• Payment diversion
• Unauthorized marketing
• Distribution of harmful links or malware
• Collection of personal data without consent

Talkfever may monitor metadata, reports and safety signals, and may review communications where required for safety, policy enforcement, legal compliance or user complaint handling, subject to applicable law.

Talkfever may provide creator tools, creator campaigns, creator awards, creator collaboration programs, creator monetization opportunities and creator-led GTM initiatives.

Creators agree to:

Create original and lawful content.

Disclose sponsored, paid, gifted, barter, commission-based or incentivized content where required.

Avoid fake engagement, fake followers, bot traffic and misleading claims.

Respect intellectual property rights.

Use approved brand assets only as permitted.

Follow campaign rules, scoring criteria and payout requirements.

Provide accurate payout, tax and identity details where required.

Not misrepresent Talkfever, its verticals, campaigns, awards or income opportunities.

Participation in creator programs does not guarantee income, award, recognition, campaign selection, followers, reach or future collaboration.

Talkfever may offer monetization opportunities to eligible users, creators, page owners, group owners, communities, vendors, media partners, advertisers and other participants.

Monetization may include:

• Creator rewards
• Sponsored content
• Post monetization
• Page monetization
• Group/community monetization
• Referral rewards
• Social commerce commissions
• Creator-led GTM awards
• Video monetization
• Advertising revenue share
• Campaign participation rewards
• Marketplace or affiliate-style earnings

Monetization is subject to eligibility, verification, compliance, fraud review, tax compliance, payout rules and Talkfever’s Monetization Policy.

Talkfever does not guarantee any income, payout, profit, revenue, business growth, referrals, sales, leads, traffic or financial outcome.

Talkfever may enable social commerce features through posts, pages, groups, communities, creator campaigns, SarchBazar integrations, product links, vendor promotions and business collaboration tools.

Users, creators and vendors must ensure that social commerce activity is lawful, accurate and transparent.

Users must not:

Promote fake or counterfeit products.

Make misleading product, discount, delivery or earning claims.

Hide sponsored or paid promotion.

Misuse customer data.

Divert payments outside approved systems where prohibited.

Promote prohibited or regulated goods without permission.

Use fake testimonials, fake orders or fake reviews.

Spam users, groups or communities.

Social commerce transactions may also be governed by SarchBazar’s terms, policies, refund rules and logistics policies.

Talkfever may provide advertising services including display ads, sponsored posts, boosted content, native ads, creator campaigns, brand pages, lead generation, social commerce campaigns and other promotional tools.

Advertisers and promoters agree that:

Ad content must be lawful, truthful and not misleading.

Claims must be substantiated.

Prohibited products and illegal services must not be advertised.

Sponsored content must be disclosed where required.

Campaigns must comply with applicable advertising, consumer protection, privacy and platform policies.

Talkfever may reject, pause, remove or restrict ads that violate policy or law.

Advertising results are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed in writing.

Talkfever may integrate with or link to other Talkfever verticals, including:

• SarchBazar — vendor-first marketplace and social commerce platform
• Global Talk — news aggregator, media marketplace, PR marketplace and advertising platform
• AdBaazaar — advertiser and publisher monetization network
• VdoJunction — video streaming and video monetization platform
• Creator GTM — creator-led growth and creator campaign ecosystem
• Other current or future Talkfever platforms and business services

Use of each vertical may be subject to separate terms, privacy policies, refund policies, logistics policies, advertising policies, compliance policies and service-specific rules.

If there is conflict between these Terms and vertical-specific terms, the vertical-specific terms will apply to that specific service.

Talkfever may offer paid services, subscriptions, premium tools, advertising packages, business pages, creator programs, campaign services, digital services or other paid features.

Users agree to:

Pay applicable fees, taxes and charges.

Provide accurate billing information.

Use authorized payment methods.

Follow payment gateway terms.

Review package details before purchase.

Understand that certain fees may be non-refundable once service is activated, delivered, published, reserved or substantially processed.

Refunds, cancellations and credits will be governed by the applicable Refund Policy and service-specific terms.

You must not use Talkfever to:

Violate any law or regulation.

Create fake accounts or impersonate others.

Upload malware or harmful code.

Hack, scrape, crawl, reverse-engineer or disrupt the platform.

Manipulate likes, shares, comments, followers, traffic or ranking.

Use bots, click farms or automated fake engagement.

Harass, abuse, threaten or defame others.

Publish private or confidential information without permission.

Misuse reporting, grievance or complaint systems.

Promote scams, fraud or illegal financial schemes.

Conduct unauthorized advertising or spam.

Sell or transfer accounts without permission.

Misuse Talkfever branding or logos.

Bypass monetization, payment, ad, marketplace or safety systems.

Interfere with platform security, integrity or user experience.

Violation may result in content removal, account suspension, monetization restriction, payment hold, legal action or reporting to authorities.

All rights in Talkfever’s platform, software, design, features, interface, databases, algorithms, logos, trademarks, brand assets, dashboards, business processes and proprietary content belong to Talkfever Social Media Limited or its licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, reverse-engineer, scrape, exploit or create derivative works from Talkfever’s intellectual property without written permission.

Third-party trademarks, logos and content remain the property of their respective owners.

Talkfever respects intellectual property rights.

If you believe content on Talkfever infringes your copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other legal rights, please contact us with:

• Description of the allegedly infringing content
• URL or location of the content
• Proof of ownership or authorization
• Nature of complaint
• Supporting documents
• Statement that the complaint is made in good faith

Talkfever may review, remove, restrict or disable disputed content according to applicable law and platform policy.

Your use of Talkfever is governed by Talkfever’s Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

By using Talkfever, you consent to collection, processing and use of information as described in those policies.

Users, creators, advertisers, vendors, page owners and group admins must not misuse personal data obtained through Talkfever.

Users may report content, accounts, pages, groups, messages, ads, marketplace activity or other behaviour that violates these Terms or applicable law.

For complaints, legal notices, user grievances, privacy concerns or content issues, contact:

Talkfever will make reasonable efforts to review and respond to grievances within timelines required under applicable law.

Talkfever may use automated systems, manual review, user reports, safety signals, legal notices and third-party tools to detect, review and act against violations.

Talkfever may take actions including:

• Warning
• Content removal
• Content restriction
• Reduced distribution
• Labeling or contextual information
• Page or group restriction
• Feature restriction
• Monetization suspension
• Ad rejection
• Campaign cancellation
• Account suspension or termination
• Payment hold
• Reporting to authorities where required

Talkfever is not obligated to monitor all content but may act where required by law, policy, safety or platform integrity.

Talkfever may suspend, restrict or terminate your account or access if:

You violate these Terms.

You violate applicable laws.

You create fake or misleading accounts.

You misuse content, data, advertising or monetization systems.

You engage in fraud, spam, abuse or security threats.

Your activity harms users, creators, advertisers, vendors or Talkfever.

Legal or regulatory requirements require action.

You fail verification or provide false information.

Continued access creates risk to platform trust, safety or compliance.

You may stop using Talkfever at any time. Account deletion or deactivation may be subject to platform processes, legal retention, backup retention and unresolved transaction or dispute records.

Talkfever aims to provide reliable services but does not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, error-free or continuous access.

The platform may be unavailable due to:

• Maintenance
• Technical issues
• Server downtime
• Cyber incidents
• Internet failure
• Payment gateway issues
• Content moderation actions
• Legal or regulatory restrictions
• Force majeure events
• Feature updates or discontinuation

Talkfever may modify, suspend, discontinue or restrict any feature or service at any time.

Talkfever does not guarantee:

• Followers
• Reach
• Engagement
• Virality
• Income
• Monetization approval
• Creator reward
• Sales
• Leads
• Traffic
• Business growth
• Advertising performance
• Search ranking
• Brand collaboration
• Campaign selection
• Award selection
• Investor interest
• Marketplace success

Any projection, example, case study, campaign target or promotional statement is illustrative unless expressly confirmed in a written agreement.

Talkfever may contain links to third-party websites, apps, payment gateways, advertisers, marketplaces, media platforms, social networks, business tools or partner services.

Talkfever does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, services, terms, privacy practices, payments, security, claims or actions.

Accessing third-party services is at your own risk.

Talkfever is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Talkfever disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, reliability, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, non-infringement, security and uninterrupted operation.

User content, third-party content, advertisements, marketplace content, creator content and external links are provided for information, social interaction and business facilitation purposes only.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Talkfever Social Media Limited, Talkfever, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, vendors, partners and representatives shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary or consequential damages, including loss of profit, revenue, data, reputation, goodwill, followers, reach, engagement, business opportunity, sales, campaign performance, creator income or marketplace outcome.

Talkfever’s total liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid by you to Talkfever for the specific paid service giving rise to the claim, unless otherwise required by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Talkfever Social Media Limited, Talkfever, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, partners, vendors and representatives from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs or expenses arising from:

• Your use of Talkfever
• Your content
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of applicable law
• Your infringement of third-party rights
• Your misuse of personal data
• Your advertising, promotion or monetization activity
• Your page, group or community activity
• Your social commerce or marketplace activity
• Your fraudulent, harmful or misleading conduct

Talkfever shall not be liable for delay, failure or interruption caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, floods, fire, pandemics, lockdowns, riots, war, strikes, government restrictions, cyberattacks, server failure, power failure, payment network failure, internet outage, third-party service failure or other force majeure events.

Talkfever may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in law, technology, business operations, platform features, monetization programs, advertising systems, marketplace integrations or policy requirements.

The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.

Continued use of Talkfever after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Subject to applicable law, courts and competent authorities having jurisdiction over Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh, India shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or use of Talkfever.
