Rules and guidelines for monetization programs across the Talkfever ecosystem.

This Policy governs monetization opportunities, eligibility, revenue models, payout principles, advertising income, creator earnings, vendor earnings, media marketplace earnings, platform commissions, paid services, subscriptions, promotional tools and other revenue-related activities across the Talkfever ecosystem.

1. Purpose of This Policy

Talkfever is building a multi-vertical digital ecosystem where users, creators, vendors, businesses, media houses, advertisers, publishers, communities and partners may participate in monetization opportunities.

The purpose of this Policy is to define how monetization may work across the Talkfever ecosystem, including:

3. Talkfever Ecosystem Covered Under This Policy

The core social network where users, creators, pages, groups, communities and businesses may publish content, build audience, promote products, run campaigns and participate in monetization programs.

3.2 SarchBazar

The vendor-first marketplace and social commerce platform where vendors, sellers, founders and business users may sell products, create digital shops, promote offers and participate in marketplace monetization.

3.3 Global Talk

The news aggregator, media marketplace, PR marketplace, podcast and advertising platform where readers, media houses, businesses, publishers, PR professionals, freelancers and advertisers may participate in monetization.

3.4 AdBaazaar

The advertising and publisher monetization network where advertisers, publishers, media platforms and content owners may participate in ad delivery, campaign monetization, inventory sales and revenue sharing.

3.5 VdoJunction

The video streaming and video content platform where creators, channels, brands and advertisers may participate in video monetization, sponsorship, ads, subscriptions and content promotion.

3.6 Creator GTM

The creator-led growth, creator collaboration, creator award, creator campaign and creator partnership ecosystem where creators may earn through campaigns, referrals, content, collaborations and performance-linked activities.

3.7 Investor, Business and Partner Portals

Business-facing and investor-facing platforms may offer paid services, listing fees, access fees, data services, premium reports, collaboration tools, sponsorships or other monetization models.

Talkfever’s monetization model is based on the principle that social activity, content, community, commerce, media and advertising can become business value.

Monetization is not guaranteed. Earnings depend on eligibility, performance, compliance, demand, user engagement, advertiser participation, vendor participation, content quality, platform rules and applicable commercial terms.

Creators must disclose paid, sponsored, gifted, barter, affiliate or commission-based promotions wherever required or appropriate.

Talkfever may allow eligible posts to become monetization surfaces.

Post monetization eligibility may depend on content quality, originality, engagement, compliance, audience authenticity, advertiser suitability and platform approval.

Posts containing prohibited content, misleading claims, copyright violations, fake engagement or harmful material may be disqualified.

Page owners must ensure that page content, promotions and collaborations comply with platform policies, advertising laws, consumer protection rules and intellectual property rights.

Network-level monetization belongs primarily to Talkfever unless a specific revenue-sharing program is announced for eligible users, creators, pages, groups, publishers or partners.

SarchBazar vendors and sellers may earn through:

  • Marketplace orders
  • Social commerce product sharing
  • Partner category sales
  • Vendor-to-vendor collaboration

Vendor earnings depend on product quality, pricing, customer demand, stock availability, logistics, seller performance, customer reviews and compliance with marketplace rules.

SarchBazar may charge vendors, sellers or business users through one or more models:

Commission may apply only to valid, verified, non-cancelled and non-refunded transactions.

Cancelled orders, returned products, failed deliveries, fraudulent transactions, fake referrals or policy violations may result in commission reversal.

SarchBazar may offer Founder First and business enablement services on paid, subscription, package, partnership or revenue-sharing basis.

No business success, profit, income, sales or revenue is guaranteed unless expressly agreed in writing.

Global Talk does not guarantee traffic, ranking, Google News inclusion, Google Discover visibility, reader engagement, leads or revenue to advertisers, publishers or contributors unless expressly agreed in writing.

17. Media Marketplace Monetization

Global Talk may monetize media marketplace services through:

  • Media listing fees
  • Publisher participation fees
  • Brand-media collaboration fees
  • Campaign management fees
  • Sponsored article fees
  • Media package fees
  • Content distribution fees
  • Featured media profile fees
  • Lead generation fees
  • Media buying commissions
  • Publisher marketplace commission
  • Business-media collaboration service charges

Media houses, publishers, freelancers and partners may participate in revenue-sharing models where specifically approved by Global Talk.

Publication, distribution or PR campaign activation does not guarantee media pickup, search ranking, traffic, backlinks, leads, investor interest or public response unless expressly agreed in writing.

  • Sponsored podcast episodes
  • Podcast listing fees
  • Podcast promotion fees
  • Podcast guest booking services
  • Podcast creator marketplace
  • Audio ad revenue share
  • Podcast subscription services
  • Brand-podcast collaboration packages

Podcast creators may earn through approved sponsorship, ad revenue share, campaign fee, listener-supported models or platform-approved monetization programs.

20. Freelance Media Professional Monetization

Freelance journalists, writers, anchors, editors, photographers, video journalists, podcast hosts and other media professionals may earn through:

  • Paid assignments
  • Media marketplace leads
  • Content writing projects
  • Reporting assignments
  • Brand story creation
  • Video production
  • Podcast collaboration

Global Talk may charge platform fees, lead fees, commission, listing fees or service charges depending on the model.

Global Talk does not guarantee assignments, income, clients, media coverage or regular work.

21. Advertiser Monetization and Billing Models

AdBaazaar may support multiple advertiser billing models, including:

  • CPM — cost per thousand impressions
  • CPC — cost per click
  • CPV — cost per video view
  • CPL — cost per lead

Revenue share may depend on valid impressions, clicks, leads, conversions, fill rate, traffic quality, advertiser demand, fraud filtering, platform commission and campaign-specific terms.

23. Invalid Traffic and Ad Fraud

No monetization will be paid for invalid activity, including:

  • Bot traffic
  • Fake clicks
  • Fake impressions
  • Click farms
  • Automated refresh activity
  • Incentivized clicks without approval
  • Self-clicking
  • Fake leads
  • Duplicate leads
  • Fraudulent conversions
  • Manipulated traffic

Talkfever, Global Talk or AdBaazaar may deduct, reverse, hold or cancel earnings related to invalid traffic or suspicious activity.

VdoJunction may allow eligible video creators, channels or content owners to monetize through:

  • Pre-roll ads
  • Mid-roll ads
  • Post-roll ads
  • Sponsored videos
  • Channel sponsorships
  • Subscription content
  • Paid video access
  • Brand integrations
  • Live stream sponsorship
  • Creator support features
  • Content licensing
  • Video marketplace opportunities

Eligibility may depend on content originality, watch time, audience quality, compliance, advertiser suitability and platform approval.

25. Video Creator Eligibility

To participate in video monetization, creators may be required to meet criteria such as:

  • Original content ownership

  • Minimum followers or subscribers
  • Minimum content quality standards
  • Compliance with copyright rules
  • No serious policy violations
  • Valid payout details

Talkfever may verify participant activity and disqualify participants for fraud, plagiarism, fake engagement, misleading promotion, bot activity or policy violations.

28. Monetization Eligibility

Talkfever may require monetization participants to meet eligibility conditions, including:

  • Valid account
  • Accurate identity information
  • Verified email or mobile number
  • Compliance with platform policies
  • No serious violations
  • Original content or authorized content
  • Valid bank, UPI or payout details
  • Tax information where required
  • Minimum earnings threshold
  • Minimum quality or performance criteria
  • Approval under specific monetization program

Talkfever may deduct applicable taxes, TDS, GST, withholding amounts, platform fees, commission, payment gateway charges, refunds, chargebacks, penalties or other deductions where required or applicable.

Participants may be required to provide PAN, GSTIN, bank details, invoices, declarations or other tax-related information.

33. Revenue Share and Commission

Revenue sharing may vary by platform, program, category, campaign or participant type.

Revenue share may be calculated after deducting:

  • Platform commission
  • Payment gateway charges
  • Taxes
  • Refunds
  • Returns
  • Chargebacks
  • Discounts
  • Logistics charges
  • Invalid traffic
  • Fraudulent activity
  • Agency commission
  • Campaign management charges
  • Third-party vendor costs

Talkfever may revise revenue share rates, commission structures and fee models from time to time.

Talkfever and its verticals may charge fees for:

Fees may be non-refundable once service is activated, delivered, reserved, published or substantially processed, subject to the applicable Refund Policy.

Talkfever may expand or modify prohibited monetization categories as needed.

37. Sponsored Content and Disclosure

Creators, vendors, media partners, publishers and users must clearly disclose sponsored, paid, gifted, affiliate, commission-based or barter collaborations where required or appropriate.

Talkfever may restrict monetization on content or inventory that is not suitable for advertisers.

  • Hateful content
  • Adult or suggestive content
  • Misleading claims
  • Political controversy
  • Misinformation
  • Unsafe products
  • Low-quality or spam content
  • Reused or unoriginal content
  • Harmful challenges or risky behaviour

Advertisers may choose where their campaigns appear, and Talkfever may apply brand safety filters.

39. Analytics and Reporting

Talkfever may provide reports for:

  • Engagement
  • Revenue

  • Creator performance

Analytics are based on available platform data and may be adjusted for fraud, invalid traffic, refunds, duplicate leads, technical errors or verification results.

Reports may differ from third-party analytics tools due to methodology, attribution, timing or filtering differences.

  • Creator revenue
  • Vendor revenue
  • Media pickup
  • Podcast sponsorship
  • Business growth
  • Return on investment
  • Search ranking
  • Campaign success

Any earning example, projection, case study or promotional statement is illustrative only unless expressly confirmed in a written agreement.

41. Refunds, Returns and Chargebacks Impacting Earnings

Earnings may be reduced, reversed, adjusted or held due to:

  • Order cancellation
  • Product return
  • Refund approval
  • Failed delivery
  • Payment failure
  • Chargeback
  • Duplicate payment reversal
  • Fraudulent transaction
  • Invalid lead
  • Invalid traffic

Participants are not entitled to earnings from transactions or activities that are cancelled, refunded, reversed, fraudulent or invalid.

42. Disputes Related to Monetization

Participants may raise monetization-related disputes regarding:

Disputes must be submitted with supporting details such as account ID, campaign ID, order ID, transaction ID, screenshots, invoices or performance reports.

Talkfever will review disputes based on platform records, payment records, campaign data and applicable terms.

43. Suspension or Termination of Monetization

Talkfever may suspend, restrict or terminate monetization access if:

  • Participant violates this Policy
  • Participant violates applicable platform terms
  • Fraud or suspicious activity is detected
  • Participant submits false information
  • Participant misuses user data
  • Participant promotes prohibited content
  • Participant infringes third-party rights
  • Participant fails verification
  • Participant fails tax or payout compliance
  • Advertiser or customer complaints are repeated
  • Continued monetization may harm platform trust or legal compliance

Talkfever may withhold or forfeit earnings connected to violations, fraud or illegal activity.

44. Changes to Monetization Programs
